Understand Seizure Triggers (Epilepsy Action)
Not everyone with epilepsy will have triggers. However, if you do, then tracking seizures might help to uncover them.
This guidance from Epilepsy Action helps you to identify and avoid triggers that increase the likelihood of a seizure.
It is suggested that you also look for the signs that a seizure might be oncoming to allow you to better prepare in the future.
Seizure Tracking Diary
Use Epilepsy Actions Seizure Tracking Diary to better identify personal triggers and signs.
